The social bridge group comprises some members of GIN who get together for a relaxing game of bridge.
Use of crib sheets to assist bidding (we use the Acol System) is mandatory so the playing partners have some idea as to what is going on.
Ability to count and add simple numbers (1,2,3,4) is useful.
Critiquing play is not allowed unless requested.
The sessions last for 3 hours on a weekday at a members house. Tea and biscuits/cake are served at half time.

On-line bridge using BBO
This enables us to still play even when we can’t meet. Thanks to Tony R for telling us about this. The “Real” bridge group presently plays twice a week using BBO.
