The forward planned GIN outings are on every other Thursday, alternating with the skiers. Whenever snow conditions are favourable, more informally organised Tonic ones might be proposed at short notice. Likewise, when snow conditions preclude snowshoeing a Winter Wander might be proposed.
Most outings are in the Jura and range from 7 to 12 kms and height differences up to 500m. When a refuge is not possible for lunch, picnics with the odd social sip are the order of the day.
Last minute changes might be proposed depending on the weather and snow conditions.
