Bridge Sep 22, 26. Another great hand

There were 4 of us last Tuesday: David Colledge, Mark Warren, Anthony Barrow (new member) and myself. David could hardly believe his eyes when he picked up this 26 pointer

Typically Anthony, his partner had practically nothing so they ended up in 3NT and made 7, should have been 6 but I miscounted.

This reminded me of a hand in May last year, also in my house and in same seat, a 29 pointer!

This time David was the partner, the hand was dealt to Wolfgang. Again partner had nothing, 3NT bid, 5 made. No chance of more as the missing Ace and King were in the wrong position.

Must be something special about this seat in my house. I’ll have to start charging!
