Well, I don't think that there should be any excuses weather-wise for not participating this Thursday! All looks set fair for the delayed inaugural ride of the season.....although, I've already had one person pull out before sending out this note! As for two weeks ago, let's meet at the Everness Hotel at 10h, for a not too strenuous (by my definition!) ride to really get the legs started and the bikes back on the road (and paths). 

The plan is to amble gently through to Grilly (F) and then along the train track to Crassier with a possible coffee stop. Fortified, we should try the Bonmont hill just to see how much we have deteriorated since last year before cruising along the base of the Jura to arrive at Coinsins in time for a 12.30 lunch. After lunch, to aid digestion, we should free-wheel as much as possible but maybe take my favourite route via Duillier to Asse, Petit-Eysins, the Landi car park crossing to the back route through Eysins and from there farm track and road to God's Corner (the Ecclesiastical Centre) and then onto our individual homes in time for a well earned siesta.

Please let me know if you would like to join by Wednesday evening, so that I can confirm restaurant numbers.
